Join James Beard Award winning Chef, Yia Vang, of Minneapolis' acclaimed Hmong restaurant Vinai for an intimate, 8 person live-fire dinner in the Club House at Second and Salmon.

This is a one night only, deeply personal meal using Oregon ingredients rooted in heritage, family, and fire.

This is your open invitation to explore the SE Industrial Dock Party with NO TICKET REQUIRED.

Grab some food for purchase from one of the participating food trucks or pop-up food vendors while enjoying local DJs, good hangs with current and soon to be friends, and exploring the over 30 vendors at the dock sale. This portion of the Dock Party is free to enter so come on down!

The Pre Funk

Friday, June 27th

4-10pm

If you missed your chance to snag a seat to Chef Yia Vang’s Vinai Feast, here’s the next best thing. Chef Yia will be slinging a few dishes to be purchased a la carte from the Club House Bar at Second and Salmon. There will be good vibes, speciality cocktails, wine, and beer and innovated food from one of this years James Beard Award winning Chefs.

Entry is free, so snag someone you are trying to impress and come hang.

The Cross dock Dinner

Saturday, June 28th

4-8pm

Your ticket to a one-night-only tasting experience featuring local and national chefs cooking over live fire and Thaan charcoal. Collect stamps as you move from station to station, tasting bold, fire-driven dishes. Hang in the inner circle around the Takibi firepits, swap stories, and enjoy a night where food, flame, and creativity come together to create a truly once in a lifetime experience.

The Dock Sale will host over 35 vendors selling all the necessary, and less than necessary yet highly desirable, fire cooking accouterments to take home.

  • Spices, rubs and sauces

  • Merch from chefs and vendors
